By creating an account, accessing TAHEET, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use TAHEET. If you use TAHEET on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use TAHEET only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide truthful registration information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, and devices used to access TAHEET. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account.

Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification, restrict access, or reset credentials to protect the account and service.

You must not cheat, use bots or unauthorized automation, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, manipulate matches, collude with other players, impersonate others, harass users, or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission.

You must not use TAHEET for unlawful activity, real-money gambling, wagering, money laundering, fraud, or the sale or exchange of accounts, coins, or virtual items outside TAHEET.

Matches are governed by the rules and instructions displayed in TAHEET. Game outcomes, rankings, stars, and rewards may depend on player actions, game rules, and technical processing.

We may correct results affected by cheating, abuse, duplicated transactions, technical faults, or clear calculation errors.

TAHEET coins and virtual items are limited, revocable rights to use digital features inside TAHEET. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, stored value, securities, prizes, or property with real-world monetary value.

Coins cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money or real-world rewards, sold between players, transferred outside approved game features, or used outside TAHEET.

We may adjust balances to correct refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate credits, technical errors, or violations. Purchased coins do not expire solely because time passes; promotional coins may be subject to clearly disclosed conditions.

Prices, currency, taxes, fees, package contents, and payment terms are shown before purchase. A purchase is complete only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider and the coins are credited by our server.

Except where applicable law or the rules of the payment platform require otherwise, completed digital purchases may be final after delivery or use. Contact support about duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorized transactions, or refund eligibility.

For mobile applications, purchases of digital goods may be processed under the billing and refund rules of the relevant app store.

We may maintain, update, secure, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect player progress and transaction records, but temporary interruptions, maintenance, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control may occur.

We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate an account for a material or repeated violation, suspected fraud, security risk, harmful conduct, legal requirement, or abuse of TAHEET.

Where reasonable, enforcement will be proportionate to the issue. Termination for a serious violation may result in loss of access to virtual balances and features, subject to applicable law.

TAHEET and its software, designs, logos, text, graphics, card assets, interfaces, audio, and other content are owned by or licensed to TAHEET and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or redistribute protected content except where law expressly allows it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Service messages may include verification, security, purchase, account, and operational notices.

You are responsible for keeping an email address available for important account communications.

TAHEET is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, TAHEET is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, security needs, or business practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. Any specific jurisdiction and dispute process may be stated in a later notice based on the legal entity operating TAHEET.
