Who we are and scope
For this Policy, “TAHEET,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of the TAHEET service. This Policy applies to the TAHEET website, player accounts, game features, virtual coins, support, security systems, and future official mobile applications.
TAHEET is responsible for the personal data it determines how and why to process. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to the email shown at the end of this Policy.
Personal data we collect
Account data may include your username, email address, optional phone number and country code, date of birth, country or region, gender selection, chosen avatar, password hash, verification status, and account preferences.
Game and profile data may include coin balance, stars, level, wins, games played, win rate, experience points, room and match participation, gameplay actions, rankings, penalties, and account history.
Technical and security data may include IP address, browser and device information, language, session identifiers, login attempts, timestamps, page requests, error logs, security events, and information needed to detect abuse or protect the service.
When you contact us, we may collect the content of your message, attachments you choose to send, and the information needed to investigate and respond.
How we collect data
We collect data directly from you when you register, edit your profile, verify your account, make a request, contact support, or interact with the game.
Some technical data is collected automatically when your browser or device connects to TAHEET. When payments or mobile purchases are enabled, payment providers and app stores may send us transaction status, order references, and receipt information.
Why we use personal data
We use personal data to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, verify email addresses, provide game features, maintain balances and rankings, operate rooms and matches, process purchases, provide support, and communicate important service notices.
We also use necessary data to secure accounts, prevent fraud and cheating, investigate abuse, correct technical errors, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability and performance.
We aim to collect only data that is relevant and reasonably necessary for the stated purposes.
Legal grounds and consent
Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on your request to provide the service, performance of our agreement with you, your consent, compliance with a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest recognized by applicable law, such as protecting accounts and preventing fraud.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully, and some service features may no longer work if the required data cannot be processed.
Cookies and device storage
TAHEET currently uses essential session cookies and similar storage needed for sign-in, security, language selection, and basic operation. Disabling essential cookies may prevent account features from working.
If optional analytics, advertising, or additional tracking technologies are introduced later, we will provide appropriate notice and consent controls where required by law.
Payments and virtual coins
When purchasing coins is enabled, we may store the selected package, coin amount, price, currency, order status, timestamps, payment provider, and provider transaction references. These records help deliver coins, prevent duplicate credits, process refunds, and investigate disputes or fraud.
Full payment-card numbers and card security codes are intended to be entered and processed by the payment provider, not stored by TAHEET. The provider handles payment data under its own privacy terms and legal obligations.
When we share data
We may share the minimum necessary data with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, payments, app-store purchases, security, fraud prevention, customer support, backups, and technical operations. Optional analytics providers will be added only when needed and disclosed as appropriate.
We may disclose data when required by law, a valid legal request, or to protect users, rights, property, or service security. Data may also be transferred as part of a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.
TAHEET does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
International data transfers
Some hosting or service providers may process data outside your country. Where a cross-border transfer occurs, we will use measures required by applicable law, which may include contractual safeguards, risk assessments, or transfer to a location recognized as providing adequate protection.
The location of providers may change as the service develops. Material changes affecting your rights will be reflected in this Policy or an additional notice.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining an active account, providing the game, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, meeting legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.
Account and gameplay records may remain while the account is active. Transaction and security records may be kept longer when needed for accounting, chargebacks, abuse prevention, or legal requirements. Verification and password-reset codes are short-lived and become invalid after use or expiry.
Deletion from active systems may take time to reach encrypted backups, which are protected and removed or overwritten according to backup schedules.
Security measures
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures such as access controls, secure sessions, password hashing, request validation, activity limits, logging, and encryption in transit where supported.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong unique password, protecting your email and device, and informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children and guardian involvement
TAHEET is not intended to be used in violation of age or consent requirements. A person who cannot legally consent to data processing or enter the Terms independently may use the service only with the permission and supervision required from a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child provided personal data without the required permission should contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to know how your data is processed, access it, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion or destruction, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and submit a complaint to the competent authority.
To protect accounts and other users, we may verify your identity before completing a request. Some requests may be limited where retention or processing is required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or needed to protect security and the rights of others.
Account closure and deletion requests
You may request account closure or deletion by contacting the privacy email. We will explain any verification steps and whether certain records must be retained for legal, security, transaction, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Closing an account may permanently end access to the profile, gameplay history, virtual coins, and other service features. Virtual coins have no cash value and are not paid out when an account closes.
Messages and preferences
We may send necessary account and service messages, including verification codes, password-reset notices, security alerts, purchase confirmations, changes affecting the service, and responses from support.
Optional promotional messages, if introduced, will include a way to unsubscribe where required. You cannot opt out of essential security, transaction, or legal notices while the related account or service remains active.
Automated security and fair-play checks
TAHEET may use automated rules to identify unusual logins, repeated failures, duplicate payment credits, bots, cheating, collusion, or other activity that may threaten players or the service.
Automated signals may lead to additional verification, temporary limits, or review. Where applicable law requires it, you may request human review of a decision that has a significant effect on your account.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the service, technology, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated date will appear at the top of the page.
For material changes, we may provide an additional notice through the website, account, or email before the change takes effect when required.
